Relax cruise Rovinj

Excursion description: Enjoy panorama boat cruise to Rovinj with scenic view of Lim bay. During guided tour with local guide you will discover all the best places in the city well known as most romantic in Istria. Motovun is a town of legends and truffles
DATE: 18.09.2019
DEPARTURE: 3pm in front of the Parentium Hotel
RETURN: approx. 24.00-01.00 Hotel Parentium
Motovun rose in the northwestern part of Istria, and proudly towered over the valley of the river Mirna, over the vast Motovun forest.
From centuries it has kept these natural resources. Upon arrival in Motovun, guests will leave the parking lot, accompanied by their guides, by shuttle bus, from where they will walk for 10 minutes on a pleasant walk along Motovun paved street, heading towards the oldest, upper part of Motovun.
The small town at the top of the hill is surrounded by walls, overlooking the neighboring hills planted with vines and olives, fruit trees, which this area is known from before, and the route
of the former narrow-gauge wine line connecting Trieste and Porec. From the Motovun Venetian Lodge, the top of the bell tower of the Church of the City of Artists can be seen in the distance.
After a tour of the walls, guests will have the opportunity to relax on the terrace of the Hotel Kastel, in the heart of Motovun, with a small truffle based snack.
Departure from Motovun to Rovinj is scheduled around 18.15 PM approximately.
Upon arriving in Rovinj, guests walk to the restaurant Kantinon where a dinner based on Istrian delicacies is organized. |
